Pay one rate for the entire year and get the preventative care you need, as well as discounts on all other dental services.
Your membership is effective immediately!
You can pay the annual fee in full with any payment method (card, cash, check). If you choose the monthly payment option, a credit or debit card will be charged with a automatic monthly recurring payment.
You can schedule your preventative care appointments by calling our office or during checkout.
Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to let us know that you’re a member. When you arrive, we will verify your membership is current and you will then receive instant savings off our regular office fees.
Your membership is non-transferrable and only available at our office.
Our dental membership plan is only offered to those without dental insurance. If you have an active policy, you are welcome to join the plan after your policy is terminated.
